All estimates provided by Marty Miller are based on initial site evaluations. Final project pricing may be subject to change based on hidden structural issues or material price fluctuations, which will be discussed transparently before any work begins.

2. 5-Year Workmanship Warranty
MA Roofing & Construction stands behind every project with a professional 5-year workmanship guarantee. This covers the precision installation and labor performed by our specialized Amish crew. Material warranties are provided separately by manufacturers (such as Mid-Park Metals, AkzoNobel, or Owens Corning).

3. Scheduling and Weather
As we specialize in architectural metal roofing and exterior systems, project timelines are subject to change due to the unpredictable weather conditions of Northeast OH and Northwest PA. We prioritize precision and safety over speed to ensure our standard of quality is met.

4. Insurance and Liability
We are a fully insured company carrying comprehensive liability and workers’ compensation insurance. We take every precaution to protect your home and property during construction; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing structural weaknesses or unavoidable minor landscaping disturbances required for equipment access.

5. Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be clearly outlined in your professional contract. We typically require a deposit to secure materials and a final payment upon successful completion of the project and full site cleanup.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio and Pennsylvania, depending on the physical location of the project site.
